Terms & Conditions

1. Lessons are held at school, in school time once per fortnight (5 lessons per term) and are of 60 minutes duration each. Lesson times are rotated, where appropriate, to minimise disruption to students school learning.

2. Commitment for tuition is for a minimum of one school term. Please note students are automatically enrolled for the following term if no notice is received prior to the new term commencing. This includes when the next term is for the following year, except for departing grade 6 students.

3. Fees for each term are for 5 x 60 min lessons + weekly online support and resources.  When a lesson has not been received a discount will be applied to the next terms fees.  If we receive notice prior to the end of term that tuition is discontinuing we will refund the same value per lesson missed

4. Missed Lessons 

Due to tutor absence or school disruption/ event - a make up lesson will be arranged or discount made to the following terms fees

Due to Student Absence - same as above, only if notice is received prior to students lesson day.

5. Fees are payable on term by term basis. Fees for each term are due 14 days after receiving your invoice via email. Payment should be received by the due date to ensure students are not withdrawn from lessons. If payment problems arise, contact the School of Jammin to make alternative payment arrangements.

6.  Costs of Recover in instance of non payment (for debts overdue by 3 months) - The debtor/s shall pay for all costs actually incurred by the School of Jammin in the event where recovery of any monies owed under this Agreement are not met.  You agree to be liable for and indemnify the School of Jammin.  These costs include recovery agent costs, location search costs, process server costs and debt collection commission.

7. We accept Internet banking and cash payments. Internet banking is our preferred method of payment.  School of Jammin banking details and instructions are on your invoice each term. 

8. Website and social media consent. Please indicate on enrolment form if you allow permission for the School of Jammin to use photos/videos of your child from lessons and performances on our website and social media accounts
